You may periodically receive an email notification when too many pictures are stored on your device to be sent for storage.  An example of the email is displayed below.

These issues are often caused by intermittent network outages that prevent the device from sending messages.  In these situtations, the picture is stored locally until the issue is resolved.   To remedy the issue you can do one of the following:

  • Restart your Clover device so that any stale network connections are reset
  • Uninstall/Reinstall the app so that the connection is reset

Our engineers are developing solutions to enable automatic recovery of these photos.  We do expect this issue to be resolved in the coming weeks so that recovery is automated.
